Order processing and Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 days of receipt (subject to stock availability). You should allow 10 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. For items marked as 14 day delivery, please allow 14 days for delivery. If your item is not available within 30 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or wait the short period of time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you notified of any such activity.
USA Surface mail may take up to eight weeks.

Returns
We offer a money back guarantee on all garments, with the exception of Motif garments made to order. Should any item be unsuitable you may return it at your own cost. Please ensure the package has adequate postage, and for your own safety obtain proof of posting. Please include your name and order reference , wrap securely and send to the address above. We will exchange or refund as appropriate. The postage and packing cost is not refundable.
